Somerset house was once again filled with the buzzing bees of fashion. This year we saw ample of bright colours for the muted season. We were able to see a few shows some by emerging designers and some that we revisit year after year for a collection that is ever so marvellous.

So here are some of the shows we attended on Day one:

Mariana Jungman - AW/15

Mariana Jungmann has a couture-esque attention to detail in her work. The Renaissance lace she uses is handcrafted, for example, meaning that each garment is entirely individual. For this season she’s also introduced new techniques such as pebble jacquard and blistered leather to make this the ultimate touchy-feelycollection that’s all about innovative textures. No wonder that she’s been named as one of London’s “new designers to watch” and has had her designs featured in Vogue, Glamour and i-D.
